God Intervenes in History

When God intervenes and alters the destiny of men and nations!
Will we, in the near future, see a divine intervention by Almighty God,
in behalf of the Confederate Cause?

In 178l General George Washington who had spent most of the Revolutionary War escaping British annihilation, finally managed to back British Lieutenant General Lord Cornwallis against the sea at Yorktown Virginia. As the battle raged on Cornwallis became more anxious by the hour, inasmuch as the British Fleet was scheduled to arrive and transport him to New York, the city that had been for most of the war, occupied by the British. However, the British did not arrive in Yorktown because of a storm at sea, but instead as the storm lifted, our allies at that time, the French, finally arrived on the scene with their fleet, to oppose the British.

On 14 October 1781 Colonial and French forces struck the last major British outer defenses, thus weakening the British to where surrender was their only option. But how did the Colonist under George Washington, ever managed to corner and defeat the mightiest army on earth at that time? After all the Colonial Army was made up mostly of farmers and a few tradesmen, while the British were career professionals, largely battle hardened by European wars. Could it be that the storm at sea, which blocked the British Feet from rescuing Lord Cornwallis and his beleaguered army, was a happenchance or was it an intervention by Almighty God?.

Is there any evidence that God has intervened in our history to preserve us for His purpose? I believe there is; the date was now 27 August 1776, a little over a month after the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The place is Brooklyn Heights, New York. The Continental Army is caught in a deadly trap with no way of escape! The entire British Army lay to their front with the East River is to their back! There is absolutely no place to go! In reality, our forefathers had no chance of winning the war; it was a tactical and physically impossibility. The Continental Army was out-manned, out-gunned, and out-general-ed with the exception of General George Washington and a few others..

The British Army was the finest and the most formidable force, and their navy pretty much ruled the oceans of the world! Washington only had 16,000 men in the Continental Army at any one time; and these were ill trained and ill equipped. The British had 21,000 highly trained, well-equipped and seasoned regulars, of the finest! At the last hour the Governor, at the urging and pleading of Washington, hastily assembled 5,000 untrained, raw recruits from the State of Connecticut. These troops only had one hour of training before they were sent into battle! On 27 August 1776, in the middle of the afternoon, the Continental Army is trapped.

The end is near, with only one final assault by the British, and the battle for American Independence would be over; the struggle would be lost, and the Colonists would then remain British subjects. Fifteen hundred men were already down, wounded, or dead; another 1,500 had been taken prisoners! There were only 8,000 able and effective men available! In the late afternoon of mid-August, there remain four to five hours of good sunlight left, plenty of time for the final assault; but for some reason, which no one has ever explained, the British never mounted the final charge. They simply backed off, waited; and finally night fell as both armies posted sentries!

The final attack never came! On the next day, the morning of the 28 August, it began to rain, and it was a hard driving rain driven by a strong northeast wind. The British fleet lay two miles southwest a short way down the East River waiting for the wind to shift, so they could sail up the East River to completely encircle Washington's Army. With these British Man-of-Wars Ships and their broad sides at our backs, and the British Army at their front, Washington would seemingly have no choice but to surrender. However, that stiff northeast wind continued blowing hard against the British Fleet all day, as a result they could not move.

Washington hastily called a staff meeting late that afternoon, whereupon he said, "I have a plan; we are going to evacuate the army back over the same the way we have come." That meant crossing the East River at the tip of what is now Manhattan. Washington's officers argued against him saying that "it is better that we attempt to stay in the trenches and take as many British Soldiers down with us as possible.” But Washington’s response was, "no, my mind is made up, draw up the plans for the evacuation, and as soon as we are ready, we begin,” was the order Washington gave that day. It took several hours to get ready!.

The evacuation began under the cover of that same storm, which was still blowing hard! The last regiments, which had joined Washington's army only two days earlier, were men from the north shore of Massachusetts Bay, as well as Minute Men from Salem and Marblehead. They had been raised, since they were small boys to handle small boats; and they knew very well how to place oars in the water and row without making any noise. That particular ability was important at this time, because two hours into the evacuation, the storm stilled and the moon came out on a hot, absolutely still, and very quiet August night.

Sound travels easily over open water, and if British Marines on board the two war British Ships positioned only two miles down river, had heard the sound of their rowing, they would have immediately launched their long boats and captured the entire Colonial Army. But the British never heard a sound coming from Colonial oars, which had even then continued there rowing all that night. But the real miracle occurred just about dawn! It is recorded in the diaries of both armies that Major Ben Tallmadge of the Continental Army, wrote in his diary these words: "As the eastern sky began to lighten from black to purple, with red streaks of orange.

Just as the light began to rise, every American eye was anxiously focused upon the eastern horizon." Why was this? It was because several thousand troops were still on the Brooklyn shoreline awaiting evacuation. As soon as it became light enough for the British to see, these troops would be captured, and then just as the light of day began to shine, a dense fog set in over the entire area. "I recall this peculiar intervention of Divine Providence perfectly well," wrote Major Tallmadge, "the fog hung like a blanket upon the area of the British Lines, the American Lines, the Brooklyn Shore, and the corridor across the East River to the tip of Manhattan.

"We tarried until late morning continuing the evacuation under the cover of this dense fog! The fog finally lifted at precisely the moment when the last boatload of American Soldiers left the Brooklyn shore. The British Sentries then saw what was taking place and ran down to the shore, firing a few futile musket shots at the last boatloads. These last few shots fell short because they were just out of range!" So by some divine intervention by Almighty God, eight thousand soldiers that had remained of the Continental Army, managed to escape unscathed. The British later wrote in their journals: "The hand of God is against us!" The hand of God you ask, yes indeed, God intervenes in the affairs of man!

An Unbiased Press

Government does not grant our individual rights, but rather Almighty God endows us in creation with certain unalienable rights, a portion of which are enumerated within the text of the Confederate States Constitution. Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 12 States: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the Government for a redress of grievances.".The specific right referenced here is that of ‘freedom of the press’ which is diminished if not denied, when the news outlets become nearly if not totally dominated by liberal and socialists. Liberals and socialists, which have become so monopolizing they can by their bias, determine the outcome of elections! There were 13 Presidential Candidates in the 2008 Presidential Elections, had each of them been given equal coverage, equal positives and negatives, Barrack Obama would not now be living in the Whitehouse. Among the critical issues to be addressed by a liberated Confederacy, must be the restoration of ‘freedom of the press.’

Reestablishing a Free Press

Outside of the right to life, the pursuit of happiness and freedom of religion, we come to freedom of the press, which is not reserved solely for the mass media liberal elite. This particular freedom is now under attack, but not by armed thugs or agents of the bureaucracy, rather by liberal socialist dominance of the press. The only ones who would not agree are the liberal socialists themselves; to them everything is just as it should be.

Reporting of the news by the mass media as well as accompanying commentary has become so liberal and socialist their views dominate nationwide news coverage. The effect of their espousing their particular viewpoint has become so overwhelming; the liberal socialist media has become in effect an un-elected fourth branch of government..

One need only ask, how many city news papers are owned by individuals whose primary residence are located within the City or even the particular State? Imagine rounding up all the Executives of those corporations, which own the various broadcast, cable or satellite radio and television into a single room.

How many men or women would be present? Well, a normal size six-passenger limousine would likely do nicely with elbowroom to spare! Once these minuscule few individuals are gathered together, how many of them would you believe to be Christian and conservative? Again, the answer in one word is zero!

While there are a precious few Christian conservatives in the news, these are only a very meager few, when measured against the overwhelming numbers of journalist and others in the news and commentary business. The amazing thing is that conservatives ever manage to get elected to public office at all, given the liberal socialist mass media.

When the power of the press has been so completely usurped by liberals and socialist, as it has, this cannot and should not be considered an exercise of freedom of the press. The living example is given whereby there was 13 candidates for president in 2008, 11 were given absolutely no coverage, John McCain was treated like an unwelcome guest and Barrack Obama was treated like the messiah.

A true unbiased coverage would mean that each candidate would have been given precisely the same time under news and commentary coverage, as well as the same amount of positives and negatives. The liberal socialist media loves to refer to the radical right wing, while never seeming to take notice of an even more radical left wing..

Even Christianity is explained in terms of being a cult or extremist and understandably so, since the journalist are overwhelmingly Secular Humanist, believing we descended from apes and monkeys. Their commentaries treat any opinion other then their own as that of a crazy or a lunatic, particularly when it comes to morality. Let the issue be put another way, if liberalism had an odor, it would air the vilest stink in the history of human experience.

But what can be done to change the situation? Truthfully, not much this side of the liberation of the Confederate States of America, but afterward is quite another matter. But even then what is done must be done early on, before they become entrenched in our own Confederate Society; a constructive strategy is presented herein that would contribute much toward a truly free press.

Freedom of the press does not mean a free for all, and like all freedoms, there are responsibilities as well as natural limitations. Under the Confederacy, the mass media and the corporation or company owners must come under State law. In like manner they must be held responsible for their own pursuit of the news to the extent of harassment, an example is where journalist will invade private property as well as peoples privacy for the sake of a story.

A 24 hour news schedule should not be an excuse for repeating a story again and again over sever days or even a week; this becomes indoctrination at the outside, at the very least it is pour journalism. There’s a very old principle known by every single tyrant upon earth, which states that ‘the more you repeat a lie, the more it is accepted as the truth.“

Now you know why liberals love to repeat stories over and over, it is not merely to fill a 24-hour schedule. Liberal journalist love to advocate diversity, under the Confederacy this principle should be passed into law, whereby for every liberal journalist, camera crew, staff or C.E.O. there must also be a conservative.

When this principle is extended even further, it would mean for every black or other minority, which is liberal, there must also be another like minority, that is conservative. Additionally for every Secular Humanist believing in evolution, there would in like manner be a Christian believing in creation. My friends and neighbors that is diversity!

The other item noted here effects a broader spectrum of society then just the mass media, while it does indeed include them. The concept of diversity and ’civil rights’ has been advocated in favor principally of minorities as well as women, which has taken place for so long it has become bigoted against white men.

Under the Confederacy all domestic issues must be returned to the jurisdiction of the individual sovereign States. In the interest of equality, employers must be free to hire those individuals that will best serve their business interests. The age of ’civil rights’ as well as sex-based litigation in hiring must come to a close.

In conclusion, the age when the mass media decided issues of political correctness, civil rights, diversity and who wins elections must be terminated. The time when the freedom of religion means the suppression of the Christian Faith and its symbols must pass into history, along with the ongoing advocacy of homosexuality by the mass medial and the courts..

Once liberated the Confederate States of America will no doubt return to its own history, heritage and culture. The Confederacy was in its creation a nation, which privately, publicly as well as politically acknowledged the Almighty God, the Holy Scripture and Prayer.

This includes the morality and family values as taught in the Scriptures, the mass media must become advocates of these principles, find another line of work or leave our nation. These things are not unreasonable, and should be those things freely included in any future Confederate Code of Journalism.

Reactivating our Constitution

We begin our discussion with the issue of slavery and it should be pointed out that slavery was used by Abraham Lincoln and his administration as a political ploy to justify that which will never be justifiable. The outbreak and continuance of the war had little to do with slavery itself rather it was a magnification of a truth which was self evident at the time. The northern states had developed into a society dominated by the religion of secularism and only a small fraction of their population affirmed a sincere belief in the Almighty God in Christ Jesus the Holy Scripture and prayer.

Religious terms were used by Lincoln himself but only when it proved to advantage his purpose! It is well known the Southern States later to become the Confederate States of America the new nation was the most Christian nation ever to exist in 2,000 years. Thus the war was in actuality a clash between to diametrically opposed peoples and cultures, one Christian the other basically pagan. Additionally more then half of the economic wealth of the States had been generated in what became the Confederate States of America. Therefore the loss of such an enormous economic base of wealth could not be tolerated, even if force was necessary.

We today do not know precisely how history would have unfolded had the Confederacy won its 'War for Independence' but we do know slavery was already on the way out of existence. Therefore it is doubtful that today should we reactivate the Confederate States Constitution a non-slave could be made a slave under its provisions. Additionally the importation of slaves is forbidden under the Confederate States Constitution thus it becomes a mote issue.

Since there are no slaves today this provision of our constitution would simply be null-in-void. But at the very least it is highly recommended that an amendment be ratified early on stating something similar to the following: 'The institution of slavery having passed into history shall not be reinstated within the Confederate States.' Therefore slavery would not be an issue except to amend the constitution so as to close the book on slavery forever!

We now arrive regretfully at the issue of homosexuality! There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever in my mind that should we tolerate the practice of homosexuality and fail to re-criminalize it, our efforts to liberate the Confederate States of America from occupation will fail even as we are achieving independence. We will in the process be condemning our cause to an abyss forever! A quick response in opposition to this evil practice will present a clear and distinct signal to such people to quicken their departure from the States and territories of the Confederacy. We should not mistreat these people in the process, rather make it crystal clear, their behavior will not be tolerated.

The institution of marriage is the foundation of society and should be defined in law as existing between a man and women. Everything that can be done should be done to encourage lifetime marriages including whatever tax advantages might be possible. While the issue of divorce would naturally remain between the couple involved, never the less the concept of ‘no fault divorce’ should be phased out in favor of laws which raise the mark whereby marriage is respected to a higher degree then a licensed ‘shack up.’ Also society would be wise to make it more gainful and profitable for a couple to marry then to live together outside of marriage. Since people tend to take the cheaper pathway such laws would also go a long way toward encouraging marriage without forcing the issue.

The topic of the national Senate raises many eyebrows and maybe as many tempers! Originally the concept of a Senate was not to represent the people as such but the entity of the State itself. In today’s political reality a U.S. Senator has absolutely nothing which binds him or her to the policies and interests of his or her own State. Therefore this provision in the Confederate States Constitution would be wisely retained. Otherwise we chance a slow decline into the same abyss in which we find our occupation forces.

A Senator elected to a six year term without the necessity of answering to his own State and minus the threat of a recall would be a step backward. The Confederate States House of Representatives has been created so as to direct represent the people by population. Still the people can make such a change if they should desire thereby becoming like unto that which they have left behind in the Yankee Empire. Since according to the provisions of the Confederate States Constitution any three States may call what would amount to a closed Constitutional Convention.

We also have the issue of the mass media giants! While ‘freedom of the press’ is critically important, none-the-less in practice the mass media can and has crossed over the line becoming destructive of our liberties. In essence they are internationalists owing little allegiance to any particular nation, State or local area. Their liberal politically correct programming continues with little regard for the truth or the outcome! Securing the right to ‘freedom of the press’ should continue whoever the modern mass media giants should be brought closer to home and made answerable to the local markets in which they serve. A beginning place is to require a separate licensing procedure for those outlets which operate within the borders of any particular State.

Those which operate strictly through cable or satellite distribution while being located elsewhere can be made answerable to the local people through the particular manner in which their signal is received. The issue here is not to hamper true ‘freedom of the press’ but to expand and guarantee that what we are experiencing is indeed a free press and that it serves the best interests of the local citizenry. If possible those who report the news or post the various programs should be themselves reflective of the people they serve. Thus a sizeable percentage of journalists would be hired from Conservative institutions of learning where they are presently hired from a predominantly liberal pool of journalists.

In today’s market we see a mass media staffed overwhelmingly by liberals while in a vast majority of cases serving a conservative market place. Mass media broadcast, cable, satellite television and radio are like unto government agencies, and they function best if made to answer to ‘We the People.’ We are speaking here of the individual States making sure those elements of the media operating within their respective borders are able to do so independent of any corporate giants. A possible answer lay in a new corporate entity whereby in State and local media outlets operate as a cooperative outlet for the mass media corporations then rather being owned by them. An example can be seen in that precious few local newspapers are independent entities but rather are owned by liberal corporations in the northeast. This should be changed to where local people own local news outlets even while they might confederate themselves with a larger market they would still be free to act independently.

The Civil Rights era should be brought to a close! If its purpose has been equality then there is no place in society for affirmative action, racial preferences and quotas by any terminology. We have in our society a number of so called ‘Civil Rights’ organizations which have degenerated into civil terrorism using their position for personal gain. It is time to put aside the notion that every area of human endeavor must consist of a proper diversity of the races, sexes and social classes. This means the right to succeed also includes the chance of failure and a birth certificate does not come with a guarantee attached. This also means all male or female institutions are equally inclusive of a free and dynamic society!

It is time to return to ‘We the People’ the right to associate with whomever we might choose. Let those who would live and compete in a free society do so under in an atmosphere where success and failure are considered a responsibility of the individual concerned. Such a change will mean that organizations which exist solely for the purpose of using the courts as an ongoing launch pad for altering society must cease. Such organizations have over the years assumed the power of a fourth branch of government and that also must not be allowed to continue. The time has come that a severe penalty should be imposed upon those who would use the courts as an instrument of social terrorism.

Also it would be desirable to amend the Constitution as soon as possible after the liberation to include a woman's right to vote, however it would be unwise to go any further. Another sorely needed amendment would forbid the Confederate States Government from negotiating away national sovereignty. Such an amendment would forbid any treaty, agreement or resolution from overriding the Confederate States Constitution or that of any of the individual States. It is advisable to refrain from ratifying any amendments to our constitution which would tend to transfer undue power to the national government.

Many issues such as equal rights and the like can be resolved by the individual States or by a number of States acting through a form of confederated coalition or cooperative. After liberation occurs the individual States will have achieved a degree of sovereignty and they should consider their sovereignty extremely precious. If carefully and properly considered our people will realize they should seek individual liberty "with personal responsibility" as much as possible, while avoiding the temptation to alter the Confederacy into a carbon copy of the present day United States.

Precious few have never witnessed first hand the extent to which the so called ‘theory of evolution’ is believed in and practiced as an actual religion are unaware of the extremes to which these believers will to guarantee the theory of evolution alone dominates the world of science. Not-with-standing the assumptions made at every phase in order to legitimize a falsehood. When in truth the entire theory of evolution would fall apart under the weight of true science.

If evolutionists were required to prove everything they espouse as fact there would be nothing left in the theory to properly call science. There is however sound reasons why a man or woman of learning and known as scholars in their own field would insist on the total correctness of the theory of evolution. The reason come down to the simple reality of a choice: the truth of the Holy Scripture and of creation or God or that all things which exist have evolved over eons of time. They both cannot be true, either we evolved or we were created and the evolutionists are quite aware as to the totality of this truth!

On the other hand when one takes a good look at scientific creationism they find not merely theories and religious assumptions but facts which cannot be disproved. In modern times a more accurate glimpse into what constitutes time itself has revealed that creation occurred as stated in the scriptures. The purpose here is not to propose altering our science classes into a religious course of study. But to take a good and sound look at what the believers in the theory of evolution have been passed off as science, then allow for a presentation of truth, that all things that are were indeed created.

It would be more profitable for the long term if our newly freed citizens were to work through their State Governments and refrain from running to the national government to satisfy their needs. The court of appeals process is another example whereby the State Courts can be overridden by present day federal courts, however our people should understand that once the liberation takes place this procedure will no longer be possible..

The uniqueness of the Confederacy should be retained; in doing so the nation would be wise in not permitting our Confederate Federal Courts to overturn State Constitutional provisions as well as their laws and regulations. We are after all struggling to bring government back to `We the People!' Regarding a related issue in the Confederacy, the criminal may find our form of justice not only fair but swift and severe.
.It is quite true people are accustomed to the federal government resolving so many issues which are rightfully of State concern. Unless they wish to relinquish all the advantages for which the Confederacy is to be liberated, they might be wise in seek a resolution of their problems within the borders of their own State or do so in conjunction with other States of like mind..

If our people somehow manage to alter the Confederate States Government into a beast, they may find themselves required to live with their own creation. It would be wise to proceed with care for it is extremely doubtful that a finer nation will ever again emerge upon the stage of world history then the Confederate States of America. Our Confederacy should not be refashioned into something other then the great nation of its creation, but allowed to live out the purpose for which it was formed!.

Could the Old South be reborn in
the modern context of our times?

If there is any piece of wisdom to be gleaned from history it is this: There are those who simply follow the trend, and then there are those who shape the course of history. It is not always the scholarly, the great and the mighty which step forward when others procrastinate in complacency and compromise. Often it is the humble and the common man who sees the need, accepts the responsibility and takes firm action.

The issue before us is to understand the identity and definition of the Old South and the Confederacy and to ask ourselves; are we truly seeking its rebirth in the modern context of our times or are we merely on a nostalgic look backward. It may be that many among our numbers are imaging an ‘Old South’ and a ‘Confederacy’ which never has and never will exist in the real world. We Confederates and Southerners of this modern area have become so adapted to a cultural and a way of life which is alien to the history, heritage, culture and nation to which we strive to revive. The former was overwhelmingly influence by Christianity, the later by 'Secular Humanism' and paganism. The purpose here is not to define for you, but to simply ask the critical question, that each might answer for themselves.

How many among our numbers truly understand and comprehend the price demanded of those who would restore the Old South and the Confederacy, in the modern context of our times? How many truly understand and comprehend the meaning of the Old South and the Confederacy, in the modern context of our times and what it would actually be like? Never in the history of peoples and nations has there been such a persistent nostalgia such as exists regarding the Old South and the Confederacy. Yet while the means is presently available to make it happen, there exists so few who are prepared to pay the price required in order to help make it happen. At the very moment when victory stands at the door, is it possible that Confederates and Southerners will simply allow the opportunity to slip away and die on the vine of passing history?

Since the surrender of our Confederate Armies in the year 1865, followed by the occupation and subjugation of our beloved Southland, the legend of the Old South and of the Confederacy has persisted, like unto a memory of a paradise lost, buried deep within the heart of our people. A romantic time of Christian Confederate Gentlemen Warriors and their ladies fair, of plantation homes, cotton fields, trees bending low their branches and song birds. The Old South is perceived in our memory as a time when duty, honor, self reliance, polite courtesies and mannerisms were common place, as was Christianity itself. In essence if ever there was any truth in the phrase ‘paradise lost’ it certainly lies in our collective memory of the Old South and of the Confederacy.

We look back at a time when the Old South was in full bloom and the legend was a reality rather then fiction, yet too many of our adversaries look solely upon the institution of slavery as it then existed, while failing to see the splendor, glory and majesty which lay just beyond their prejudicial views. Slavery was an institution of its own time which was fostered by bankers and merchants of the north who profited greatly from the transport and sale of African Negroes into slavery, while the South purchased them and made use of their labors. Those who hate all things Confederate and Southern should look back at their own ancestral involvement in the slave trade. Otherwise allow the institution of slavery to remain in the past where it properly belongs; modern day Confederates and Southerners should cease apologizing for slavery, as well as their history, heritage, culture and nationhood.

We present day Confederates and Southerners are so busy being at ease in a gilded cage, while continuing on a lost course to nowhere, we are unable to comprehend the simple truths of the matter. The Old South and the Confederacy can be restored in the modern context of our times; however it is our lack of will power and determination which prevents it from taking place. We are filled with excuses ranging from illegal immigrants to sprawling metropolises and tend to lay the blame upon ‘those people’ as General Robert E. Lee liked to call them. When in truth we need only look in the mirror at the culprit who is at fault for preventing what would amount to a ‘Return to Paradise!’ Our cities have become sprawling, overcrowded mega-metropolises, gobbling up our valuable farm lands and forests, merely for the sake of providing suburban homes for Yankees, Carpetbaggers and Illegal Immigrants.

Rather then spewing out a constant barrage of complaints and repetitions of news-bits which fall like crumbs from the Yankee Master’s table, we might spend our time and rhetoric on a strategy for the liberation of the Confederate States of America. After which we can undue the damage caused by nearly a century and a half of living under the rule of a hostile and socialist foreign power. We speak of the attacks upon our heritage like unto a child complaining about a neighbor boy stealing his candy, with little serious thought to altering the condition of our occupation. Should we concentrate our efforts upon liberating our nation, we would then control our own destiny; our history, heritage, culture and nationhood could be taught in our schools. A new generation of true Confederates and Southerners would then arise and repossess the land of our forefathers and foremothers.

The reconstituting of society would then become a matter of our possessing the willpower to make it happen! Illegal immigrants could be round up and given a firm but diplomatic and humane return to their own nations. Those who are confirmed Yankees and Carpetbaggers would no doubt be heading north rather then choosing to live under in the Confederacy; those who refuse can be kindly invited to return home. The American Civil Liberties Union, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the Southern Poverty Law Center and the likes could be declared to be Civil Terrorists and disbanded, their members given a choice; a prison plantation home or leave the country. Modern technology has provided the means by which we can remove large section of our sprawling cities, peal up the concrete and pavement and finally restore the land itself.

These restoration projects could be financed through reparations for the years under occupation, either by levying fees against our occupation forces or after the liberation, a confiscation of federal monies or property left behind by their fleeing agents and bureaucrats. We would be in the process of creating a multitude of jobs for our people and plenty of land upon which to restore the Old South in the modern context of our times. Minus the Federal Court System usurping unto themselves powers never granted, the individual States will regain the sovereignty necessary to govern over all domestic affairs within their own borders. The dominance of the extreme liberal mass media can be brought under control through the return of all legal jurisdictions over the media to the various States, who may in turn require them to adhere to local standards as well as ceasing monopolistic practices or loose their licenses.

The issuance of broadcast frequencies can be debated in a free and independent Confederate States of America, but the license to broadcast would likely be return to the States. The Confederate States Monetary System can be restored to a solid gold and silver backed system through fees (not tariffs) levied upon all imports whereby a fixed percentage will be laid aside in support the monetary system. In this manner the Confederate Dollar will grow in value against other currencies; a growth which will attract foreign investments in the Confederacy like a vacuum. The agricultural product which will become king in a reconstituted Old South of modern times may not be Cotton, but Aquaculture, where ships from around the world take on valuable sea food products, in order to feed their growing populations. Additionally many endangered species can be replenished in this manner!

It would likely require an entire generation to completely restore our homeland to where it is the modern equivalent of the Old South and becomes in reality a restored paradise, but it can only happen if we stop whining and go to work. The question however must be asked; do our people or any portion of them truly want to restore our history, heritage, culture and nationhood to dominance in our own homeland? Do they really wish to see a liberated and restored Confederacy, a return to honor, honesty, majesty and splendor or are they too attached to the "Rap and Hip Hop Culture" and its unisex fashions? Ladies and gentlemen, make no mistake, it will require sacrifice in order to restore a paradise lost and it shall never happen if our intent is to transfer an immoral Yankee Culture into an independent Confederacy. Such an exchange would only constitute duplicity!

Our men and women dress the way they do because a half dozen corporate giants dominate the clothing market and spend billions in order to insure we will buy only their particular products; we shall therefore require Confederate designers, manufactures, distributors and marketers. Our airlines, automobile makers as well as other industries must be owned and operated by Confederates Citizens or else we can never hope to make sufficient gains in the market place or in our society. This means making it more expensive to import the products we need rather then to manufacture them here at home; it means our manufacturing facilities cannot be foreign owned if we hope to achieve the results we require. It may indeed be necessary, even desirable; to restructure the corporate charters system of the Confedereacy so as to encourage loyalty to the Confederate States of America.

What will you as an individual Confederate and Southerner settle for? Have you ever dreamed that somehow the honor, majesty, glory and splendor that were the Old South and the Confederacy has returned again in the modern context of our times? Does your dream consist of merely preserving our present day rendition of what constitutes being Confederate and Southern? A kind of forgery and an imitation of the original, without the substance, the principle and the mannerisms! As for myself I am a senior citizen and will manage rather nicely for the time remaining to me upon this earth! However if restoring the Old South and the Confederacy means anything, it would mean being weary of men and women dressing alike and of guessing whether the individual just ahead is a man or women, and that too is an essential ingredient if the Old South is to be reborn, even in the modern context of our times.

In far too many cases we as a people hunger and thirst for a return to a paradise lost, without taking with us the very essentials which would truly make it happen. Those who imagine a restored Old South in the modern context of our times as permitting abortion, where men and women live together or have children outside of marriage, then you are not speaking of a paradise? If a restored Old South and the Confederacy of your dreams consist of men and women dressing in our modern day unisex fashions, then this is not the Confederacy or the Old South? The very concept of a society such as is being referred to here, in practice, would indeed be a paradise or else the closest mankind can ever achieve this side of heaven itself. However it requires a changed mindset based upon the principles which made the Old South and the Confederacy the stuff of which legends are made.

Those who are accustomed to living in a moral sewer may indeed find the Old South and the Confederacy as restored in our times, to be a hard adjustment to make. If freedom to you is the equivalent of a ‘free for all’ then you are by definition looking for the Yankee Empire by a different name, while displaying Confederate flags and symbols. If removing the concrete, steel and pavement of our occupation forces, then restoring the Southland and its cities is perceived as too difficult a task, perhaps you may feel more comfortable living in this present society with no morals whatsoever, its high crime rate and growing prison population. Honor, duty, splendor and grace require blood, sweat, labor and tears if they are to take place. We collectively as a people as well as individuals must decide what it is that we really want, for it is very possible the price may be greater then many of us are prepare to pay.

I don’t know about others but my dreams are not of a paradise lost, but a paradise reborn and certainly not a Confederate duplication of the Yankee Empire; mine is rather of a reborn Confederacy which is the envy of the entire world, where our men and women dress like ladies and gentlemen, having a changed attitude rather then merely being a carry over from the days of occupation. I’d like a society where crime is a rare occurrence and police work is the most boring job in town for this very reason. The society of my prayers is where illegal immigration as well as religions hostile to our society has been eliminated. A nation in which honor, honesty, integrity, morality and a sense of duty prevail because the Almighty God in Christ Jesus, the Holy Scripture and prayer have been restored as the foundation of our society, as well as our educational system.

There are many advantages to living in a liberated and restored Old South and the Confederacy as herein described; let us review a few of them. Our women and children will be able to walk the streets, day or night and do so in safety; a feat which the modern women’s liberationists can never hope to achieve. Money now spent on criminal justice can be used for other critical needs! Those things which are Confederate and Southern, including our history, heritage, culture and nationhood will be common place as will be our flags and symbols. The Confederate States Armed Forces as well as those of the individual States will never be used as world policemen nor go to war accept as a result of a ‘Declaration of War’ or threat of imminent attack upon the Confederacy. The United Nations will not be permitted to exercise their presence or authority within the borders of the Confederate States of America.

Let us therefore reengage the struggle, gain the victory which was denied to our forefathers and foremothers, then rise up a generation which will have never experienced the occupation of their homeland. Let a new generation of females be born in whom the term Southern Belle is a living reality rather then a legend from another time. Let our boys attend schools which will teach them the ways of the Christian Confederate Gentlemen Warrior, that our people may never again see another occupation of our beloved Confederacy. Then we shall see a new class of leaders rise up, able to lead ‘this so great a people’ with honesty, integrity and responsibility, springing forth from an abiding faith in the Almighty God in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior, the Holy Scripture and prayer. There shall then be a new golden age in the Southland where legends are living flesh rather then merely granite or marble.

or is the general population simply uninformed?

The opinion of the author is that the Confederate States of America should be liberate and restored, but done so in a manner which is lawful, peaceful and honorable. Afterward the two nation will need to stand together as allies and friends, therefore this article has as its purpose to take a look at a critically important issue.

.Many years ago a sermon was preached titled "What Shall the End is?" regarding the end of the age and the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to this earth. The sermon has always stuck in my memory and carried over to other areas of concern; among which is the issue of the rise and fall of nations and empires. Precious few of us can conceive of an actual end of the society and nation in which we live, but history shows us that all nations have both a beginning and an ending. If we could travel back to any of the great empires of the past it is doubtful their rulers of that time or the average citizen gave serious thought to the possible collapse of their society or of the empire. When the Roman Empire was at its zenith only a meager few would have ever believed it even possible for such a colossus to collapse.

We could name Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome, and in the twentieth century, the Nazi Third Reich and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, more commonly known as the Soviet Union. Then there was the British Empire presently known as the United Kingdom! A century and a half ago there was a well known but truthful saying; 'the sun never sets on the British Empire. This was in reference to the fact that on every sector of the globe the British were in control and their flag flew overhead, however the sun has indeed set on the their empire. Now they are reduced to a meager few colonies, even their present title 'United Kingdom' is a misnomer since they are not ruled by a king or a queen and the royal family servesonly as a figure head. Today many no doubt question the worth of retaining the royal family, feeling their time has passed into history.

What then is the real cause of the fall of nations and empires; is it conquest by a hostile foreign power? This is rarely the case; nations and empires predominantly bring about their own demise through internal corruption which occurs long before an enemy crosses their borders. The common reasons for the collapse of empires are related to the family no longer being the honored cornerstone of society. Closely related to the break up of the family unit are declining morals in society at large and the departure from sound biblical principles. Every collapsing nation or empire reach the stage where they import more then they export and their monetary systems is down graded from a gold and silver base to being worthless if forced to stand alone. An historic $20.00 dollar gold piece for example would retain a high value even if the United States ceased to exit as an empire.

The United States has accumulated an eight and a half trillion dollar debt and this figure only represents the on budget deficit; if the off budget or black budget items where included the total indebtedness would likely exceed ten trillion or more; most of which is owed to foreign nations or entities. Where then does this leave the United States which by its true definition is no longer a republic but an empire; a change which took place as a result of their unlawful and unconstitutional invasion, conquest and occupation of the member States and territories of the Confederacy? Whether it is referred to as a republic or a democracy it remains the same, such nations are not held together over the long term by the bullet box, but by the ballot box.

These are the elements which separate them from being a republic and or a true democracy! However be that as it may it doesn't take a genius or a history major to see what is self evident, that the United States is heading down the same road as has all the other fallen empires. Is it possible that we as a separate and distinct people truly believe the society as well as the empire in which we live, can continue indefinitely on its present course? How high will the national debt reach before we concede that a collapse is not only possible but likely? How low will the morals decline before we concede that self destruction is not only possible but likely and history will soon bare witness to yet another empire falling by the way? The Senior citizens among our numbers have already seen in their lifetime the value of the U.S. Dollar decline from where $10 to $15 dollars would buy a weeks groceries to where ten times that amount is barely enough.

A high priced automobile might have cost $700, where twenty times that amount would scarcely purchase its equivalent in the context of the twentieth first century. Somehow the common perception is that everything will continue pretty much as it has and we can relax in the comfort of our gilded cage. Perhaps it is believed we will see the disaster coming in sufficient time to avoid its devastating results. Such could not be further from the truth; it was commonly believed the Soviet Union would fall only as a result of a nuclear war. But when the end came it was bankrupt and brought to its knees by fewer then 200 people located at what was commonly called during those days, the 'Russian Whitehouse' in Moscow. This once mighty empire which threatened the entire world had 150 well trained and equipped divisions on its western front and nearly as many facing China.

Its tyrannical government held the people in a grip of fear and stark poverty! We could go on with a similar bibliography on all of the world’s former empires, but where are they now? They have disintegrated into the dust of history from whence they came! In our time the demise of this present empire has been made more certain as a result of the elimination of Almighty God, the Holy Scripture and prayer from the public and educational arena. The results are that we have raised a generation where an overwhelming percentage believes it is quite alright to lie, cheat and steal in order to get ahead. Additionally this same generation sees absolutely nothing wrong with what they call an alternative life style, such as living together or having children outside of marriage and where unborn children are considered parasites to be destroyed at the whims of the mother, then there is the practice of homosexuality. We have a popular culture which has been denigrated to the lowest level since Sodom and Gomorrah!

The true cause of the fall of the Roman Empire was predominantly the disintegration of the family, devaluation of its monetary system, a degenerate citizenry and its failure to produce the goods and services necessary for a sound economy within their own borders, in addition to over reaching themselves. The United States has been following this same prescription for failure for a very long time, so the issue isn't will it result in a collapse, but when. The masses of the people continue on course in complacency, compromise and procrastination like Emperor Nero playing a fiddle while Rome burned. While at the same time a life boat to freedom, independence and a more secure future stands at the ready; the Confederate Cause to liberate and restore the Confederate States of America. If no other empire or nation to date ever beat the odds and succeeded; how is it that so many continue to hold to a fairy tale and an illusion, that all things will continue as they have been? When the final hour comes; it may well happen suddenly with a quck collapse of the empire!

However let us imagine for the sake of discussion that all these things can be avoided somehow; there still remains a growing threat that could very well bring down the United States; a situation so grievous the holocaust of the Second World War will seem miniscule by comparison. We have a growing Muslim population of approximately 3,000.000 more or less and while a goodly portion of them may be peaceful, a sizeable number believe in the theology of the Muslim Fascists. If we permit present conditions to proceed on course, these people will grow in numbers within our borders. They will eventually prove victorious since they are more determined, after which all Christian Churches and Synagogues will be destroyed. Jews will be exterminated and Christians will be given two choices, convert to Islam or else death by beheading. The women will be reduced to little more then bond servants or slaves and the children will be taught the hate religion and doctrines of the Muslim Fascists.

Our State and national flags will be either altered or changed completely to reflect the Islamic Fascists Religion of hate and death and those who attempt to fly a United State or Confederate States Flag or to celebrate the history, heritage and culture of either will be executed. It must be remembered our new masters do not wish us enslaved but dead, therefore the death rate will likely exceed the totals of both the Axis and Allied powers of the Second World War, twice over. Allow me to enlighten those who think we can make peace or surrender to these Muslims extremists; they hate anyone not a Islam and want them dead. The biggest mistake any of us could make would be to imagine the American Muslim Community would stand with us. They may fight each other but they will never stand by the side against an army of their Muslims brethren. Believing all things will continue on course is a recipe for certain death on a massive scale!

Those who claim to be atheists, non-religious or secular humanists will face the same death by beheading as Christians and Jews. Now, how many lives, let along our freedom are we prepared sacrifice for a waiting game, while destiny knocks at the door? We will live in a nation dominated either by the Muslim Fascists or Christianity; which would you prefer? It will eventually come down to living under the Confederate States of America and its honorable flag or a United States Islamic Republic and its flag; which do you prefer? The war has already been engaged and the enemy is determined to continue for generations if necessary, unless they are defeated. An independent Confederacy will be far better equipped, it being the most Christian nation ever to exist in 2,000 years, since as a people they have lost once before. A liberated and restored Confederacy will not only be able to roll back the numbers of these Muslim Fascists but also defeat them. Again, which would you prefer?

Let us consider another situation which will effect the longevity of the empire! Imagine for a moment we had the same determination to achieve victory as these Muslim Fascists, according to our own belief in and advocacy of Confederate history, heritage, culture and nationhood as well as faith in the Almighty God, the Holy Scripture and prayer. If we believed so strongly we were prepared to lay everything on the line in order to liberate and restore the Confederacy, to the same degree as they. Consider the outcome if we were so driven toward an unconditional victory in our favor that we would recruit, organize, train and plot strategy without ceasing until victory was ours. The re-launching of the Confederate Cause in modern times began in December 1989 with the creation of C.S.A. News by the late David Martin, then of Texas.

Should our people have possessed such determination from the beginning, we would already have grown to such numbers, Confederates would now be the deciding factor in a vast majority of races throughout the Southern States; more properly the member States of the Confederacy. Candidates by the score would now be knocking on our door seeking an endorsement of their candidacy and advocating a Confederate Platform In other words we would already be well on the way to achieving the numbers necessary to quite literally liberate and restore the Confederate States of America. But alas we linger along begging for the crumbs which fall from the table and for a meager few willing to help in some small way. It all comes down to an unstoppable determination to win; either we manage to acquire such determination or we will loose, it is that simple!

Perhaps there are those who believe all this is a figment of the imagination? Well let us put it in perspective; even Hollywood has caught onto the possibility of an Apocalypse and C.N.N.'s own Glenn Beck reports "the United States is beginning to look like Rome just before the fall." A number of Ministers of the Gospel are turning to the subject of an American Apocalypse, though not necessarily using the same terminology. But then again no one really believes it could happen here, not when this nation is a super-power! However we forget the United States lost the Korean War, the Vietnam War and is presently bogged down in Iraq, all of which may be due to a severe lack unity, principle and a will to win.

In the case of these wars, a negotiated peace is not a victory, which is evidenced by the continuing troubles over Korea as well as a united but communist Vietnam. General Douglas Macarthur is quoted as saying, "There is no substitute for victory" and this is a most profound statement concerning the reality of our own situation. It is often the case that as nations and empires age their citizens looses the enthusiasm and zeal which originally perpetuated their rise in the first place. New and innovative strategies are not considered before taking action; an example is the Iraq War. The goal was to remove Saddam Hessian, his sons and henchmen from power; this could have been achieved by using a very special team described here as the 'Black Brigade' consisting of approximately a dozen men.

This tactic would have worked provided the right men were chosen, thereby sending an entire army would have been unnecessary. Fielding such a brigade could have been arranged so as to give the president what is known as creditable deniability. The Iraqi people could have proceeded on with their lives without Saddam Hessian and his thugs, and minus the United States. However this would have required 'true grit' of the kind which seems missing in today’s halls of power. Then we come to the ignorance of diversity which means allowing anyone to immigrate into the country, legally and illegally. Diversity means becoming everything to everyone, since its believers stand for everything whiles at the same time nothing; this too constitutes national suicide. The present national character might therefore be described as a suicide mode!

When is an army the most dangerous? Some might argue an army is the most dangerous when the tide of battle turns in their favor, and they sense victory just ahead. That would not be an unlikely scenario, but there is another time even more critical: when an army is out maneuvered, and begins an extended retreat, continuing long after the surrender. The pain of defeat can be more severe then the agony of war!

Will the empire play into Confederate hands?

Resentment can fester just below the surface for years or decades even centuries and passed on to future generations, waiting the day when the honor of their forefathers might be avenged. The passing of time can put many on both sides into a false sense of ease. The War was generations ago, what has it to do with us today? Then suddenly without warning the defeated army comes to life and turns on their conquerors from within the secure walls of the empire. Like the gift-horse given to the ancient Trojans, and used to secretly transport enemy Greek Warriors into the sanctuary and security of the luxurious and beautiful city of Troy, only to have these warriors come forth at an opportune moment, and wreak devastation.

A very thin line between continuing and perishing often determines the rise and fall of empires. An example is given in the story of Damocles; a native of Syracuse in the fourth century B.C., which was ruled by the tyrant Dionysius the Elder. The uncertainty of human existence, and thereby of empires was demonstrated when Damocles was invited to join in the 'grandeur and happiness' of the ruler Dionysius.

The tyrant ruler invited him to attend a magnificent banquet where he would be entertained and lavished with great fanfare and splendor. While thoroughly enjoying himself, Damocles happened to look upward and spotted a naked sword hanging directly above his head, pointed downward at him. Nothing more then a very thin human hair suspended the sword. Damocles then realized the precariousness of his personal security, and that of royalty. These things, which offer deceptive mental and physical peace, can so easily pass away, more quickly then they have been provided.

The year 2011 ends a century and a half since the bells of freedom and independence rang out across the Southland in 1861 and a new nation was born: The Confederate States of America! We as a people fought four bloody years and lost the battle phase of The War for Confederate Independence. Yet today that long ago conflict looms over the Yankee Empire like the Sword of Damocles. Even as you read, that sword hangs by a thin human hair over 'Babylon on the Potomac. Unlike Damocles, today's tyrant rulers have not the inclination nor does it seem the time, amidst their power politicking to look upward and see what looms overhead.

There exists over today’s empire only a small thin human hair standing between super power status and that of a third-world power or of perishing completely. We forget that within the lifetime of anyone born prior to 1989, the Soviet Union maintained the second largest military force on earth, with 150 divisions on its Western flanks, possessing the worlds largest nuclear submarine fleet, missile fleet, and tank corps. Inside of a few weeks it was all history, as the Sword of Damocles fell upon them. Like Damocles the fall didn't come from an outside force, but from within the empire. Indeed, from within their own capital city!

While everything crumbled about them [and in such a short time] a panel of generals plotted to take over an empire which history had already by-passed. These shortsighted men, who had walked in the halls of power in the second mightiest empire on earth, did not see the end coming, even when it was imminently upon them. Why you might wonder, couldn't such learned and experience men not see the end coming? Because they, being so totally confident of their overwhelming military power and the might of their superior technology, thought the end should it come, could only happen in the midst of an invasion, during the smoke and fire of battle. At the very least, it would be accompanied by riotous conditions across the width and breadth of this mighty empire.

In the end, it took no more then a small puff of political wind, and less then 200 men, to bring down the tyrannical might of the Soviet Union. In the midst of their arrogance and the goose step of their armies, they had failed to look upward, and see the Sword of Damocles hanging above their heads. How could it be said the Sword of Damocles hangs over the Yankee Empire? Are their just reasons? Many such reasons might be listed but for the sake of space, only a few will be mentioned. They proclaim rights under the Declaration of Independence as sacred and unalienable, and then deny those same rights to the Confederate States of America, as well as their own unborn children.

Hypocrisy in assuming an aloof and nearly divine moral tone in regards to slavery and segregation, when they themselves perpetuated these institutions, transported slaves and profited thereby. Aggressively invading, conquering and subjugating a free and independent nation, without provocation! These barbarians Committed rape, robbery, murder and arson on a colossal scale against peoples foreign to themselves. Committing a holocaust against the Confederate people and nation, constituting crimes against humanity and war crimes, not unlike those carried out by the Third Reich of Nazi Germany.

Aiding, abetting, supporting and defending mass murder, referred to by them as freedom of choice, against 50 million-plus innocent and unborn babies. These Yankees committed what today would bring charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes consisting of wanton slaughter, cultural genocide, as well as the violations of treaties and other commitments, against the American Indian Nations. Transgressions against the Almighty God and the Holy Scripture, constitute abominations so repugnant, they desecrate the very foundations of human civilization and behavior. Our modern demolition and disposal techniques, historical revisionism, and bureaucratic secrecy, have made it impossible to show you in graphical reality of the instruments of torture or the ovens, as was possible after the Second World War.

In what form the Sword of Damocles will fall upon the Yankee Empire, we can only imagine. Perhaps some seemingly happen-chance incident holds the trip key, starting the dominoes to tumble. It may well come when our modern day retreating Confederate Armies cease their retreat and turn to fight. The factor unknown to our adversaries is the time and the form it will take. Likely it will unfold upon a political, cultural or literal battlefield and under conditions of Confederate choosing, according to a scenario, which will neutralize the huge advantage they have over us.

The honorable Jefferson Davis, Confederate States President, stated so long ago, "The Principle for which we contend is bound to reassert itself, though it may be at another time and in another form." No one, not even our adversaries, could have predicted the rise and growth of this present day Confederate Movement. Thus "another form" of which President Davis spoke my turn out to be in play today! Surprisingly, the movement is already well underway at the beginning of the twentieth first century, and this describes the second part of the Davis quote, the "time."

However, the Confederate people being an honorable and descent people who cherish all human life are not without some measure of mercy toward the nation, which holds us under occupation. Though that mercy has in no way been rightly deserved! Allow it to be said, there exist a way in which the sword of ultimate judgment, may be removed from over their heads, and our foes are invited to take this just course. Begin by openly declare the truths of history, and allow Confederate and Southern history, heritage, culture and nationhood to be taught and practiced throughout the land, in our institutions and public places. Pass a federal bill into law clearly indicating the South had lawfully and constitutionally seceded, and formed a new nation, the Confederate States of America. Rather than ignore or resist the empire would do well by actual aiding the process of liberating and restoring the Confederacy.

Return sovereignty to all the individual States; allow each of them to govern over all affairs domestic within their own borders. Including, but not limited to abortion, race relations as well as bible and prayer in public schools. These are divisive issues to be sure, but they are State Issues! The empire should concentrate on carrying out the mandate prescribed for the federal government and described in their constitution, such as securing our borders against illegal immigration, mass migration, and maintaining a solid based monetary system. Should these things be done, the United States would not only survive, though as a smaller nation.

It would stand among the most honored and respected nations on earth. Its moral, ethical strength and influence would far surpass any military strength it once enjoyed. The two nations, the Confederate States and the United States would then stand as brethren and powerful allies, among the nations of the earth. Short of the aforementioned, he who believes this present empire will continue indefinitely stands blind to the shifting winds of time and history. The thin human hair holding the Sword of Damocles above their heads grows thinner and weaker with passing time. In like manner as with every empire of the past, that hair will eventually break, and the Sword will fall upon them.
.If it appears to some that a nation has been spoken of negatively, it is only in pursuit of the truth! Having been created as a Voluntary Republic of Sovereign States, it has since been transformed into a Consolidation of Socialist States. Thus they have placed the Sword of Damocles hanging over them there them. Therefore they alone are capable of its safe removal, a process that will only commence should they turn from their present ways and pursue truth and honor. However, I wouldn't bet the ranch on that happening anytime soon!

How might the process of liberation be achieved?

The following is not presented as fiction but rather an outline presented in the form of a story as to how the now occupied Confederate States of America will likely be liberated and the legitimate offices in its government filled through national elections arranged for that purpose. The Confederates Stated Armed Forces began its demise with the surrender of General Robert E. Lee and his Army of Northern Virginia on 9 April 1865 at Appomattox Courthouse Virginia. Afterward those, which had not already done so began to either surrender or, disband their armies. The difference between victory and defeat often goes beyond the odds in numbers and firepower. Spirit de Corps is often reflected in the music an Army chooses to sing as it marches off the war or in the manner in which soldiers will rally around their flag and defend it to the death against enemy a capture. It is no historic coincidence that the critical moment comes when the national flag or unit banner is surrendered.

The essence or cohesion of any military command is sometimes described as a bond like unto a brotherhood, which forges what would otherwise be a scattered group of individuals into a single entity. The extraordinary heroism of a military command having what is normally called ‘Spirit de Corps’ can be exemplified when the overwhelming odds favor of an enemy, yet even when faced with possible annihilation, they will more often then not, turn defeat into victory. General Thomas J. ‘Stonewall’ Jackson inspired not only command cohesion but also devotion and ‘Spirit de Corps’ among his troops.

Had General Jackson lived and marched his army into Gettysburg approximately two months after the date of his death, the Confederates would have been victorious. General Robert E. Lee and his invincible army would have marched into Washington DC opposed only by green garrison troops and compelled the surrender of Abraham Lincoln and his Armies. This friends and neighbors is ‘Spirit de Corps. Jackson was a Commander who so inspired his men, that he became a legend even in his own time.

Our forefathers having given their last full measure of devotion for the victory and independence of the Confederate States of America have not necessarily been denied an answer to their prayers, by the passing of years. When the time has fully come, God will answer their prayers as well as our own in the wisdom of His Divine Providence. I am convinced, as is others among our numbers; that time draws nearer with every passing hour, wherein we shall once more see our Lord intervene into the affairs of men and nations. The Almighty God will again demonstrate that He alone rules over the ultimate course history will take.

There have been magnificent comebacks of nations, which fell under occupation and their Armed Forces disbanded, whether or not the Confederate States and its Armed Forces is added to that list, is for each of us to decide by our deeds, more so then our rhetoric. How you might ask could the Confederate States Armed Forces be reborn in modern times and do so lawfully and peacefully? Well, there are those among our who have legal training and even more who have a little common sense, but suffice it to say, it can be done. But it will certainly require a lot of imagination, determination and persistence.

The story is told in the Holy Scriptures, of how ancient Israel under Kind Saul, fell under occupation by the Philistines. The treaty forged at the time of their surrender, provided that Israel could not have an army, that only the Palace Guard could be armed. The topic came under discussion one day when Little David was called before King Saul and his Ministers. Little David had proposed driving these heathen Philistines from their land, when David was reminded of the terms of the treaty. Yes answered David, but the treaty doesn’t limit the number of the King's Armed Guards!

Our equivalent in modern times of the Palace Guard, would not be the Secret Service, which guards the President of the United States, but rather the State Police, but another agency would be the Auxiliary. Many official agencies, which are armed and have extensive training, have Auxiliaries, among these would be the Auxiliary State Police, Auxiliary Sheriff Deputies, etc. Auxiliary Commands normally are unpaid and are not subject to activation, either by the Federals or the State, but serve in a voluntary status pending an emergency.

It is possible to form an Auxiliary Command, attached to some ‘Official Police Agency’ and train them as a ‘S.W.A.T. Team’ having the equivalent of Special Forces training, and arrangements could be even made to pay them, during times of training or when they are serving in conjunction with the regular their Police Agency. Given the flourishing of so many gangs in many of our modern cities, such a team could be justified; now read this idea in conjunction with the brilliant idea passed along to King Saul, as regarding how to deal with the Philistines.

It doesn’t take much imagination and there are many ideas that would work in reconstituting the Confederate States Armed Forces. This little piece of wisdom may well provide the answer; we have State Police as well as Sheriff’s Deputies and they are armed; there doesn’t seem to be a limit on how many Armed State Police or Sheriff’s Deputies a State may employ. Should Confederates return to power in large enough numbers, where we control the State Legislature and Governorship of at least a single State, hopefully more; well you get the idea?

Deo Vindice!

We the People of the Sovereign States and Territories constituting and entitled the Confederate States of America hereby proclaim before Almighty God and all who may read these presents that as our forefathers law-fully, peacefully and constitutionally seceded from that voluntary union of States entitled the United States of America and formed a new nation, according to their reserved political rights, and the inalienable rights endowed them by their Creator, so the aforementioned States and Territories were, are, and remain now Sovereign political entities within a voluntary national Confederation, conjointly constituting one independent nation amongst the nations of this world, and styled 'The Confederate States of America.’

We further declare that these inalienable truths are, and in no way can be, negated or compromised by the historic fact that the nation so founded was once aggressively, arrogantly and illegally invaded, overrun, occupied and subjugated by a superior external force, and thus subjected to war crimes and other crimes against humanity and brutally denied rights of life, liberty and due process of law, nor by the fact that our citizenry (when no longer able to defend their homes or persons and denied, by that brute force the basic human right to self-determination and choice of manner of government) were compelled, as States and Territories, to retract their articles of secession and rejoin, against their manifest will, their former and repudiated union.

We hereby declare that all such pretended acts, having been performed without the mandate or consent of the governed, and outside the duly ratified Confederate States Constitution, were, are, and forever shall be null and void, and so the dates of Secession of the several States and Territories (each acting in its Sovereign capacity) continue in unbroken validity from the said dates, as shall the dates of Secession of any such further States of the American union as may, at any time, choose to resume their sovereign status among the nations of the world.

And we declare before God Almighty, and call the peoples of the world to witness, our belief that, as men are created equal under Him, so are nations sovereign and equal in His sight, and as no man has the right to oppress another, so no nation may oppress another nation, enter their lands by force, or force their political will or culture upon another people, by means direct or indirect.

Upon these just and unbreakable grounds we confidently pray the Grace and Divine Providence of Almighty God, that our cause may be vindicated and our right to self-determination again openly acknowledged before Him.
